Finance & Operations Manager (Full-time or Part-time negotiable)

With three award-winning period ensembles and a busy schedule of international touring and concerts, we are seeking a candidate who brings both experience and a proactive approach to the position.

The Finance & Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient running of our administrative operations and the effective control of its financial resources, including preparation of financial and management accounts, in order to contribute to the delivery of the company’s overall artistic and commercial objectives.

This role would suit a self-motivated and well organised problem solver.  Candidates should have an accounting qualification and a high level of IT competency.  They should also ideally have a successful track record of financial and management accounting together with experience of managing operations in a small but complex arts organisation.

This is permanent position, which could be full-time or part-time depending on experience.
Salary: commensurate with experience, circa £40,000 gross per annum (pro-rata if part-time)
